The Group also has diversified interests into various other fields such as calcium carbonate manufacturing, logging and investment holdings.

Today, SB Group is poised to take its business in Perak further, continuing its commitment to quality homes and excellence as it strengthens its position as a trusted property developer in Perak.

Who We Are

SB Group is a diversified Group of Companies based in Ipoh, Perak with their core business being in the Property Development and Construction sectors and they have been actively contributing towards Perak property development for the past 50 years.

SB Group started off with a construction company called Syarikat Soo Brothers Construction in 1972. They have since started to diversified into Property Development, Investment Holdings, Manufacturing and Logging Business.
